Instructors were required to use the LMS for fully in-person classes. They were all clinicians, mostly unfamiliar with online learning and computers in general. I created a series of presentations to gradually introduce them to and get them using the tools within the LMS.
This was one of the sessions I conducted in a campus computer lab. The instructors worked through the steps on computers as I went over them on the projected slides. They received a job aid to use after training.
Instructors who completed all the sessions become resources for the campus; therefore, the sessions also served as Train the Trainer modules.
